SQ NDC REFUND PROCESS

Hi all, if you need to submit any SQ NDC refund, process as a normal refund through Airtickets online however you also need to email Help@smarttickets.com.au to ensure sectors are cancelled.

Yes, it's the same process of submitting a refund as you do for non-NDC.

The only additional step is to email Help@smarttickets.com.au just to make sure the PNR is canceled in the GDS."
