As you continue to grow your businesses, there have been some people choosing to employ someone to help them with the admin side of things.
Here is the information regarding the costs to have additional licences/logins etc:
VTO: $99/month
An additional VTO licence on your existing branch is is $99/month incl GST (they can use your existing logins but not at the same time)
Please be mindful of the training that the new person would need to do before they have access to VTO... I need to make sure they have watched all of the training videos etc because we can't have someone having access if they don't really know the system.
TRAVEFY: $46/month
Alternatively (or additionally) we can add a licence for them with Travefy instead... that is only $46/month and they could do all of your quotes and documents and you could do the statement invoices in VTO.
They can use your Travefy logins, but again not while you are also using them - whoever was in first will get kicked out.
If you add a Travefy Licence, you can add them (or they can add you) as a collaborator on each itinerary.
GDS: $20-$30/month
Amadeus & Sabre: $20/month for a second login on your PCC
Galileo: $30/month for a second login on your PCC
EMAIL: $0-$11/month
They can use your email logins, and if you want I can add an alias onto your email if you are wanting them to send emails 'from' her, but on your behalf.
If you want a completely separate email address, that is $11/month
OTHER THINGS TO CONSIDER
Unless they are set up as a sub-contractor you need to have workers compensation insurance in place and pay superannuation
PIPL Insurance as well? This would probably only be if they are going to be helping you with bookings vs helping you with docs (I can add them to our group policy for $25/month)
