Should you require assistance during outside of our operating hours (1700-0900 AWST Monday-Friday) please send through an

After Hours Booking Form and agreed to the conditions.
Please be aware the following fees will apply from the initial point of contact (call, text, FB message, carrier pigeon etc),
regardless of whether anything is processed on the booking:

- $50.00 per booking
- Additional 20% commission clip on the booking (65% & 70% respectively)
You are welcome to send through booking forms at any time and they will be processed the following business day.
There is also the option to contact Air Tickets directly if it is an airfare issue... they are available 24/7 with the following fees:
1300 656 777 (Customer Number - 401720)
You will hear a message advising that you can be connected at a charge of $65 per query/ticket (plus applicable transaction and ticketing fees).
Should you wish to proceed and accept the charges simply press 1 and you will be connected, or hang up and your call will be disconnected and not charged.
Normal Ticketing Fees Apply + Additional Fees

$115 Query/Ticket/Transaction on Public Holidays
You are welcome to queue (non-urgent) bookings to be quoted for reissue etc after hours at no cost.
