To use our services, simply contact our reservations team at any time with your service request via Email bookings@asiacarservice.com or WhatsApp (Link). Our reservations department is fluent English speaking and operating 24/7/365, and will reply within a few minutes with a detailed quotation with complete service related information. The quotation will include a secure booking link where you can review (or update) all the service information, and submit your payment details to confirm the booking. We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal.

You’ll receive an immediate booking confirmation with full service related information, then 12-24hrs before service you’ll receive an email with the driver details and vehicle plate no. for the service, and 1hr before service we send a reminder SMS to the passenger (only if passenger mobile is provided).  For airport pickup the driver will greet the passengers with a namesign in the arrivals hall, and for hotel pickup at the front entrance.  For any locations with special meeting locations, we’ll send that information in the booking confirmation email and pre-service driver details email, including detailed text + photo instruction, to ensure a seamless passenger pickup.
