Client Payments and Receipts

Check for your client's payments

Client payments are receipted on the following business day and you will be emailed a receipt.

Please understand that while your payments will always be receipted, we need to prioritise actioning booking forms over receipts so if you are expecting a payment, please keep your eye out for it.

You can check/search payments at any time by logging into your Mint Merchant, the Client Bank Account and TravelPay (for Interest Free or Amex Points Pay)

If you have checked and can see a payment has cleared, you are welcome to send through a booking form anytime and we will receipt the funds while processing the booking for you.
