Issue a ticket with the clients credit card - NYOP (Name your own price)

***Please note you do not have access to the cash account***

Your commission and any additional mark up will come through on the AT's statement the following week... please make sure you have added a line for this in your VTO trip, and always use your trip number as the reference.
