Since the activation of their new portal, Jayride now send a monthly agency invoice for payment the month after travel.
We are working with them to change this to either individual invoices, or changing our account to a nett charge payable via credit card as this new system isn't great for the way we operate.
Commission is always 10% so for now, please feel free to send through your gross booking confirmation via a booking form to be paid off at nett in VTO
Please make sure you have funds on file before booking anything onto the account (this one or any account) as you will be charged if the client doesn't pay and you forget to cancel.
We will keep you posted on any changes we can get them to make.
