What is NDC?

IATA New Distribution Capability (NDC) is a technical messaging standard that enables travel sellers to access more

personalized content (example: additional NDC fares from the airlines, seat upgrade, extra leg spaced seat, extra baggage etc.)

Where can I access NDC fares?

You can access NDC fares in your GDS using the graphical display only!

The results will look like this;

Or you can search using the booking tool in Air Tickets Smart Fares.

The results will display as per below;

Log into Sabre Central - Select the Training tab and then search NDC.

Select NDC - Air Shopping Module and Ticketing

• Qatar NDC - Cannot issue

  Please note that currently Qatar NDC are coming up in searches but Air Tickets cannot issue them. We have been advised to hold the PNR and call the airline to see if they can issue the fare.

• Singapore Airlines NDC - No Itinerary

  Air Tickets - Ticket Statement sent but no Itinerary. We have been advised by Air Tickets if your itinerary is not generated then you will have to log into the SQ website to download the eTickets.
