  1. Visit the onefinestay website - Perform a quick search to ensure our options align with your clients' needs. While the website is a great browsing tool, I recommend reconfirming rates with our reservations team vs quoting directly from it.
  2. Email advisors@onefinestay.com - Send us your client's brief or preferred options.
  3. Reservations team - Our team will get back to you within a few business hours with a shortlist of options for you to review. All rates will be inclusive of a 10% commission, and we do accept net payment.
  4. Concierge team: Once the booking is confirmed, our concierge team will get in touch to help prepare everything for your client.
