Here is the details to set up a login for agent booking portal – each consultant can have their own.

Go to www.au.ponant.com and click on  icon in the top right corner.

CLICK on “Access your Travel Advisor Centre”

Click on CREATE ACCOUNT

THEN CLICK YES … you have an agency account with us

The as per below screen - Add your Store Code in and submit …..

Global Travel Network  – Agency ID - 58436  

ADD your own details in here - Please use your individual agency EMAIL  –  name@agency.com

You will then be given a temp password via your individual email, and then you will be asked to use it to set up your own password – PLEASE REMEMBER IT as it is YOUR PASSWORD ONLY

From there you are in – have a look around – it is a bit different to the consumer website – once you find the cruise you want to book you can do this by simply clicking on the deck/stateroom you are after.
