BASIC PNR CREATION
Step 1, select route/pax/dates.
Step 2, select flights/fare type.
Step 3, enter pax details*
PNR is then complete. No ‘end transaction’ is required. A 2-hour TTL is given to finalise details with your customer.

You can add things like seating, meals, or upgrade tariff to a higher fare bundle at ANY stage - prior to payment or even at a later stage.
Name corrections are FOC. No limit on number of characters but it obviously needs to be partially correct and recognisable as the same person (DL or PSPT may be required if someone has used a middle name rather than first name). Name corrections may also be made at the airport, again same principles and again no fee.
 
*Passport info is useful but not essential for travel to Indonesia – currently no pre-clearance notifications are made to the authorities, and actual passport info will always be extracted at check-in when pax passport is swiped.

The field is mandatory to enter something, however if passport details are not available at time of booking, you can literally just enter any set of numbers, even it’s a series of several 0000’s, it will accept - and this example also shows us its completely artificial. 

Payment is credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) and this should always belong to the agency (or individual travel manager) as commission will be returned to that card. Commission (2% currently) on the airfare component which is paid after the ticket has been flown.
