Stuba - Emergency Assist / Escalation Managers

Stuba have given a list of the Managers who are able to make decisions in an emergency situation (ie clients arrive at hotel and it has been overbooked etc)... No one else has this information so it is a really great thing Stuba have done to make sure we are supported on the odd occasions when things don't go to plan and it's after hour.

For anything that isn't urgent to the point of requiring an immediate phone call, still email Alisha (alisha.thomson@stuba.com) and for further escalation/when Alisha is away, you can email Rebecca (Head of Sales Australia - rebecca.day@stuba.com)

I have converted their shift times into each timezone we operate in for easy reference so you know who to ask for at any particular time of day or night 🤓

Divya is in italics as she would be the person to ask for only if the other manager is on leave or unavailable.
