VTO Licence / Error (Info)
Everyone operating on the 90% Commission Model has one Licence attached to their branch
The VTO system times out after 30 minutes with no action, but if you don't log out correctly then the licence stays linked / 'in use' for 3 hours.
If you log out each time, you won't have any issues.
If you forget to log out (I do it all the time don't worry!), just flick us a ticket or a text and we can rest your licence... Megs and I try and unlink your licences when we're in VTO and see you haven't done it properly, but if we haven't got to it in time, just let us know - takes 2 seconds to fix :-)
You will get this error:

Because your branch/licence is only linked to your personal email, if you get a licence error, it's for your individual branch so don't bother putting it in the GTN chat etc because it's just about your login and we're not on FB much during the day.
Send a ticket or message and we will sort it for you :-)
As an FYI, this is what it looks like from our end, in the below example everyone with a green tick who's last action was before 5.10pm would get the above error message if we don't get to unlinking it for you first:
