Export from VTO to Travefy

Export from VTO to Travefy

  

We have set up the API link to be able to export from VTO to Travefy.

To enable this, please go to https://travefy.com/account/authorize/vtoultimate and authorise the link.

This will allow you to push data from VTO (anything in the Itinerary Tab) to Travefy and set the Travefy itinerary up automatically 


Itinerary Tab > Select Lines to Export > Click Export to Travefy (you will get a success notification in the bottom right once exported):


This won't work if you are using the Templates for a Statement invoice in VTO as the data is exported from the Itinerary tab only... I will be continuing with pasting my flights etc in from the GDS and using the templates in VTO as I find this quicker & better (ie automatically links to flight stats, brings in the name of the airport rather than the airport code, has the airport location link etc) ... but up to you as to what you prefer :-)
