Option 1 - Bookings through Reservations

When you make bookings through Reservations (1300 13 68 86) or reservations@europcar.com.au who are open 24/7. 

Make sure to quote your IATA/TIDS number as this will ensure you receive commission from the rental promptly. Commission is paid the month after travel has been completed (i.e. if the booking is 30/3 - 3/4 commission will be paid in May).  

Option 2 - Booking online 

We have an online booking system available please let me know if this is of interest. Please find the attached manual and your login details below. There is also a video to assist you and your staff to familiarise themselves with the system - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kUfswtFHPv8
