Domestic Discretionary Rates
Hertz Retail Rates (including discounted and non-discounted rates) where no corporate discount programme (CDP) number has been applied

Corporate Contract Rates
Hertz Corporate Contract Rates is where a contract agreement is held between Hertz and a corporate customer using a CDP to make a reservation. Hertz may negotiate Corporate Contracted Rates excluding commission

Discounted Retail Rates
Rates that include a customer discount or reduction which includes loyalty rate plans, direct Hertz tactical and promotion rates (via hertz.com.au, hertz.co.nz, etc), Hertz Staff Discounts, Insurance Replacement, Tour Domestic & Inbound, Associations (ie AAA), Frequent Flyer.

Commission
The agent is responsible for ensuring that a valid and active IATA/TIDS number is supplied with each rental booking. Failure to provide an active IATA/TIDS number will result in nil commission being paid

Commission will not be earned on any no-show reservations or cancellations (including reservations cancelled by Hertz as the result of a failure to meet rental conditions or qualifications) except where fees are still charged to a customer by Hertz.
