COMMISSION
Booking.com pay 25-30% of the commission that they earn.
For example if they were getting 20% on the below booking (could be more, could be less), that would be $193 in commission, and then we would get 25% of that = $48.25
COMMISSION PAYMENTS
The commission payment process is a bit convoluted...
- Every first five working days of the month our system calculates commission for reservations stayed for the calendar month two months in the past.
- Once calculations are completed, a Credit Slip (Invoice) is issued and sent.
- Commissions are paid monthly, provided the cumulative value of your total unpaid commission surpasses our 100 EUR threshold. If this threshold is not met, the commission will role over and accumulate in your account until it eventually surpasses this threshold and releases your commission payment.
- Payments can be expected within 2–3 weeks of receiving the Credit Slip, although international transfers may take longer.
Please don't ask Megs about this haha - you'll see it when it comes into the bank account and she send out the list of bookings that have been paid out for you to claim as yours... she will then put it on your Commission File.
