Travel Insurance

Once you have completed your mandatory training you will have access to issue policies on the account or credit card.

Please wait until funds have cleared before your issue any policies on the account.


After you have issued the policy on the account, you have two options for your commission:

- Send through a booking form for the nett to be paid off in VTO - 
Please ensure you attach a copy of the report showing the net amount (or for NIB the Gross and nett amount)





- Alternatively we will pay it off when the statement is received the following month (approximately Week 3)

Please ensure you have the VTO lines set up with the correct Gross & Nett amounts and that funds are fully allocated.

Any policies that have been issued on a credit card will have commission returned on the statement (The month after issue)

Again, please set up a line in VTO for your Insurance commission and it will be receipted onto your file once the statement comes in.
