Check Outstanding Consultant Reimbursments
If you want to check if there are lines that you have selected as Consultant Reimbursement and haven't submitted a booking form, you can do this by choosing
- Agency Cards - Pay Now in VTO
Select Consultant Reimbursement from the drop down and then click Open Supplier Creditor
This will bring up a list of lines in VTO that you have chosen Consultant Reimbursement in the trip, but have yet to be paid:
REASONS YOUR REIMBURSEMENTS ARE NOT SHOWING UP
The main reason is you haven't selected Consultant Reimbursement from the Agency Card dropdown:
The other reason (if it is showing in red) is because there isn't any/enough money allocated to the line to be able to pay... to fix this you just need to go to the 'Client Payments' tab and allocate funds to the required line:
