As we have gone through in many articles on this database and in calls and meetings, there can be no lines in a negative and you cannot ask for commission to be processed as a reimbursement for any booking, including for family / friends etc.
Global Travel Network is a booking platform and there is 10% clip on all files and commissions... I am not paying the admin team to process bookings at nett... this is a loss making exercise for GTN.
If you want to book your family or friends at nett, you are welcome to do this via our wholesale partners that offer nett rates and direct client payment... ie Stuba, Bedsonline, RoomRes, Ratehawk, Go Global, Viva, CruiseCo, Driveaway etc.
The booking can be made in your family or friends' name and then you can process the nett cost on their credit card - this booking then does not need to be processed through VTO as the client funds will not come through the GTN bank account, and therefore we do not have to pay for work to be done on the booking.
You can also issue a PNR through Air Tickets on your family/friend's credit card and reduce the charge to be the nett cost... again this would not need to be entered into VTO unless there is commission coming back in... if there is then you will be paid 90% of what comes back at the end of the month.

You may NOT (EVER) get ANY client to pay into your own bank account... ever!
This is a breach of the AFTA/ATIA Code of Conduct and therefore your contract with GTN.
